SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Pieces purchased on DHOEMI.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Our 14-day returns policy begins on the day you receive your order. Please note that a return fee of 100 SEK / 10 EUR / 10 GBP / 10 USD will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, please visit our return portal and follow the provided steps.
All original packaging, including the dust bag, must be returned with the piece. Returns missing any part of the original packaging may not be accepted.
All returns should be shipped to our warehouse partner in Sweden. The return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.
Once your return is received and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 21 business days for processing.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the piece shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or is returned without its accompanying packaging. In such cases, you may request to have the piece sent back to you at your own expense.
Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
If you wish to exchange size, please return it and place a new order.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect or receive your delivery, a return handling fee of 300 SEK / 30 EUR / 30 GBP / 30 USD will be deducted from your refund.
