Orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.

SHIPPING RATES

Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT within Sweden, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Norway.

International orders outside these regions are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Applicable duties and taxes are payable upon delivery.

Standard: Bring - Free

Express: UPS - 150 SEK

EUROPE

Standard: DHL - 15 EUR

Express: UPS - 25 EUR

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items purchased on DHOEMI.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Our 14-day return period begins on the day you receive your order. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund depending on the destination of the original shipment:

Sweden - 200 SEK
European Union - €25
United Kingdom - £30
Norway - €25
United States - $35
China - $40
Rest of the World - $40

Each piece is delivered with its original packaging, including a dust bag, which must be returned with the item. Returns missing any part of the original packaging may be subject to a charge.

Please note that duties, taxes and customs fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

All returns should be shipped to our warehouse partner in Sweden. The return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.

Once your return is received and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 21 business days for processing.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the piece shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or is returned without its accompanying packaging. In such cases, you may request to have the piece sent back to you at your own expense.

Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange for a different size, please return the item and place a new order.

UNCOLLECTED OR REFUSED ITEMS

If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect or receive your delivery, a return handling fee of 300 SEK / 30 EUR / 30 GBP / 35 USD will be deducted from your refund.
